Registration for PASS is a very individualized process, given the nature of the enrollment. To begin the process, we simply need students to register for the PASS Application course in Maestro (VTVLC’s Student Information System). A representative from VTVLC will be in touch with the student within 5 school days of receipt to review the application.
If you do not already have an account with VTVLC, first you’ll need to create an account. If you do have an account, skip to step 2: Request a Course.
2.) Request a Course – Select ‘PASS Application’ as your requested course. You will be notified via email once you have been enrolled in the PASS Application course. At that time, you will login to the course to submit your PASS project essay.
