Summer Offerings

Learning Recovery is for students who:

o have previously completed a course, but not received credit and/or mastered certain proficiencies.

On Demand is for students who:

are taking a course for the first time to earn high school credit. This program works best for students who would like to graduate early, could use flexibility in their schedule for the upcoming school year &/or could benefit from an enrichment program.

Learning Recovery

  • Registration open May 7, 2018 – June 22, 2018
  • Eight week session: June 25, 2018 – August 17, 2018
  • Time commitment of approximately 3 hours per day, 5 days a week

It is the responsibility of the student to determine their school’s use of learning recovery to demonstrate proficiencies.

A rigorous and detailed diagnostic process will be used to assess prior learning and proficiency of participating students. The diagnostic process will take place during the first week of the program and allow for a partial refund if the student un-enrolls before the 5th day. After that, students may be able to enroll for an additional 8-weeks if they are unable to complete both segments of learning recovery during the standard 8-week term. The goal, however, is for students to complete both segments of their program over the course of the 8-week period.
