VTVLC’s New Credit Recovery Option
Failing or struggling to complete a class shouldn’t derail a student’s education or expected graduation date. That’s why VTVLC is launching a new type of course offering beginning this spring: credit recovery. With credit recovery courses, students who previously failed or did not complete a course can earn their required credit by demonstrating mastery of the required standards rather than repeating the full course. Students often qualify if they failed a required course, did not complete coursework, demonstrated partial mastery, or need credit to remain on track for graduation.
